Our Princess Bride – A Punjabi wedding in Ludhiana.

Brides The Groom Wedding
May 15, 2016

*Flashback Dec 2015* Mr. Cheema and then-Mrs. Cheema-to-be exchange a gaze at gurdwara sahib during their ring ceremony and instant cute smiles on both sides appear. The Photographer (Me, ofcourse) notices and manges to capture those smiles and experiences a major heart-melt.*Flashback  over*

*Present times* Mr & Mrs Cheema are oodles of happiness and positivity. They have this electric aura around them and lighten the place instantly, wherever they step in together.

Our Princess Bride started getting ready in her home. Real-time updates on phone for the Baraat locations continued as rain-gods felt joyous while pouring showers all over ludhiana on that morning. But as soon as ,our all classy,  groom stepped out of his car, he somehow managed to convince rain-gods to control their emotions! 😀

Boy! I want to write so much more, but then, photo-story is waiting in que 😀

Lets watch it…

Only thing more/equally important than the attire and make-up . Breakfast.

Beautiful home decor with loads of hard-work gone into it.

Brothers escorts their dear sister, to the Gurdwara.

People are happy to see me , sometimes.

With her elder sister by her side, we can also see..what happens few years from the Fairytale day! :D I have also included 2 sheets from Photobook. I did some creative writing for this one! Manveer a.ka. Minna is a very beautiful soul. God bless you Minna! You are awesome!

“Veere End ho Rakheya Bass” – MamKan2016 – A Punjabi Wedding in Patiala
Mamdeep loves talking and Kanwal loves listening. There were some challanges for the two to get together. I tried to cheer up Kanwal during her make-up session and she said "Laavan ho ke hi tension uttarni aa bass" (I am only going to be at peace after wedding ceremony) . Mamdeep said the same couple of times. And Boy! Once they entered into holy matrimony, they were on cloud 109!   If I have to describe this wedding and its entire experience for me, I would borrow Mamdeep's all time favourite quote " Veere End ho rakheya bass!" (This can't get any better, bro!")         Cheers to one of my fa ...
