Jyoti & SarMuhabbat : Memoirs of Melbourne

Non Commercial personal
May 30, 2017

Ikk Munda… Jihda Naa Muhabbat… Lives in Melbourne city, and is blessed with an amazingly beautiful companion called ‘Jyoti’.  Usually we have visual memories of people , but for this duo I have a permanent ‘audio-visual’ memory. Sarmuhabbat veer ji’s picture has a heartfelt laughter sound attached to it, in my mind and Jyoti bhabi ji’s picture in my mind has a very tender, caring and warm ‘Veer ji’ sound attached to it, as she lovingly calls me that.

I had a very brief, informal, photo-session with this beautiful duo on the day I was  flying back home. I didn’t have my lights or anything that day. But my target for the day was to make atleast one photograph where Sarmuhabbat veer ji laughing hysterically, which is his most common expression, and Jyoti bhabi being indifferent to his jokes but still enjoying! 🙂 <3

Thank you for all the love and hospitality, guys!

And, last but not the least, Thanks to PreetInder veer ji, who made this connection possible 🙂

P.S. Why is this photoshoot more special? Because Sarmuhabbat and Jyoti are expecting a baby soon! 🙂

2 Tigers – ੨ ਸ਼ੇਰ
This series is from a small 2 hour shoot I did with Goldy Singh and Iqwinder Singh. Both are amazing gym trainers and recently took amrit and wanted me to shoot with them.   This series was shot at SurSingh, Amritsar. Although few folio shots were needed but I wanted to do a lot more with these amazing Singhs. So I tried to create a little story.  Your feedback is precious. This would not have been complete without help of Bhai Narbir Singh Ji.
